We request that a second inhaler be kept in the clinic in the event the student forgets the inhaler at home. If your child carries an inhaler, encourage them to let the nurse know if the inhaler is used so they can be assessed for respiratory difficulty. Florida is an area with known resistance to over-the-counter Pediculicides, so parents should contact their pediatrician for treatment with a prescription medication or seek treatment at a lice removal company.\u00a0<\/p>
Upon return, the student must be brought to the clinic before the start of school by an adult to be cleared to return to class.
